Domaine Collotte farms 16 hectares of vines in the Burgundy appellations of Marsannay, Fixin, Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny. The estate retains its family character and produces wines that express the character of the terroirs in which they are grown. The wines are the culmination of a long and patient process. Vinification is carried out with the aim of creating a simple, effective identity.
